  1. Hi Nathan:)

Richelle Love of Tri-it Multisport in Calgary pointed me in your direction. I’ve got an opportunity that I hope you’ll consider!

MitoCanada (Canadian charity who supports families dealing with mitochondrial disease) is taking our annual spinathon VIRTUAL this year and extending it Canada-wide.  We are taking it up a notch as well ~ to celebrate MitoCanada’s 10 year anniversary, we are riding for 10 hours!!  We are aiming to have over 500 riders join us from across Canada and that means we need some serious MOTIVATION!

Would you be interested in leading one of our 30min sessions on Feb 7th?

We will have 20 instructors from 7am – 5pm MST keeping us engaged and inspired.  We’d LOVE to have you as one of these mitoMOTIVATORS .

Please let me know if you’d be interested and I’ll get us rolling.
I look forward to hearing from you,

    1. Hi Megan,

I’ve already messaged Richelle back and said I’m unable to participate, I’m working that day. I hope the event goes really well!

  2. Hi, I was hoping to get a 20% off code to purchase a Ventum GS1, as times are tight, and I cannot afford the MSRP. Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you!

  3. Hi there,

My father is turning 75 and has for a long time wanted to run a triathlon. He is in quite good shape for his age, and is an avid swimmer. What I am hoping to do is connect him with a coach to help him train for and attend the Vancouver Triathlon at the end of this summer (I expect a sprint triathlon would be appropriate). I would cover the cost of your fees as a birthday gift to him. What I might suggest is if we could schedule a quick call to connect and get your views on consultations and fees, we could take it from there. I look forward to hearing from you.

    1. Hello Eric,

I’m terribly sorry for such a slow response. I’m not sure how this slipped through the cracks, my sincere apologies. That is such a thoughtful gift for your father, I’m sure he will be so appreciative.

If you haven’t already found someone to help you already, I’m happy to chat with you. My email is and I respond much quicker to that address (I promise!)

  4. Hi Nathan,

my name is Riccardo and I would like if possible a consultation with you for a Training Plan for my next even Iron Man 70.3 Victoria.
    Thank you.

    1. Hello Riccardo! Apologies for the extremely delayed response. Sometimes these contact messages don’t come through proper.

If you’re still interested in coaching for next year’s Victoria 70.3 I’m happy to chat when you’re available. My email is if you’d like to email me.

      Nathan Killam
